General Guidelines:

•  Eat homemade meals 90% of the time.
• Limit sugar and processed foods.
• Stay hydrated – 8–10 glasses of water daily.
• Walk/exercise 30 mins daily.
• Use less oil/ghee (prefer cold-pressed oils).
•Eat early dinner (by 7:30–8:00 PM).

Early Morning (6:30–7:30 AM):

• 1 glass warm water with lemon or methi seeds
• 4 soaked almonds + 2 walnuts
